Projected late May/early June 2012
For starters the guys are going to golf at Oregon's top Golf Course in Bandon, Oregon. It's one of the top rated courses in the entire U.S., so naturally its on their bucket list of accomplishments! While the guys are golfing I think I will take a little adventure to Crescent City, California. Where I will do some backpacking, Lighthouse site seeing, and of course some picture taking! I am really excited about this, I was very hesitent on making the crossover to California (for legitimate reasons), but it seems like the best time to do it. Once the day is complete we're gonna travel up to Coos Ba, then up to Lincoln City, and then a quick tour in Tilamook (yay cheese), then back home :) Im sure there will be a lot of wine tasting, beer sampling, and memories made!
Summer Months July/August
Of course summer is not complete without lots of weekend camping trips, one will include Crater Lake. The group we are going with want to accomplish the 60 mile hike, but for the sake of time and limited PDO I think we (Derek and I) will opt for a shorter hike!
November 2012 (dates not set)
We going to freaking HAWAII again! This time around it's going to be epic. My friend Angie and Joey are getting married. It will be a tight budget this time around, trust me --- it's easily to go into DEBT in Hawaii. Derek and I went there December 2010 and nearly maxed out our 5k credit limit (clothes, souvenirs, snacks, Kona Coffee, and of course sunglasses), that DOES not include the additional 700 bucks on food, then theres the last minute car rental.... our trip ended up costing us over 5k... we're still paying for it LOL... but it was fun. This time around we are going SPACE A flights (military aircraft carriers), staying on a US Naval Base (omg.. hot men everywhere), and of course I want to rent a HUGE JEEP and tackle those winding roads back up to North Shore where I am GOING to surf :) OMG.. this is freaking HUGE... gotta get this ass in shape for the beach.
Earlier today I texted Angie with the surprise and she told me she was jumping up and down (at work). I am really excited to be there with friends and of course my Hawaiian hubby (he was born in Hilo).
